"Worst bank ever. The staffs have very cheap behavior towards customers. Better spend some money and visit to Ghaziabad Loan Centre. Their staffs are very much welcoming in nature. Not crowded. And work will be done in a professional way. @Lady staff sitting at Reception Sector 15 branch Madam, please learn some ethics and etiquette from Ghaziabad branch staffs."

"I had a very disappointing experience with IDFC Bank. They were promising all the service will be at your doorstep. When I went to my home branch ( NFC, Delhi) to close my loan, only to be told that they couldn't process it there and that I needed to visit another loan branch(Noida, UP). When I went to the loan branch, The amount shown on my bank application is completely different from the amount on the printed paper they gave me also I was informed that there was no cash counter, and I would need to go to yet another branch( Rajendar Nagar, Delhi). To make matters worse, the staff at both locations were extremely rude and unhelpful. Their behavior was unprofessional and left me frustrated. Overall, the experience was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I don't recommend this bank for your future transactions."
